AI WHATSO ("we", "us", "our") operates the website whatso.online — a self-hosted business messaging automation platform that provides API access to messaging services.

When you create an account, we collect:

Full name — for account identification
Email address — for authentication and communication
Password — stored as a secure cryptographic hash (never in plain text)
Usage data — API call counts, message logs for your own conversations

We do not collect payment card details, national IDs, or sensitive personal data.

To create and manage your account
To provide the messaging automation service
To send transactional emails (OTP verification, password reset)
To enforce usage limits and billing

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on a dedicated server hosted in the EU (Contabo, Germany). We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. Messaging session data is stored locally on your server instance and is not shared with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

AI Providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) — to process automated replies. Only the message content is sent; no personal account data is shared.
Email delivery — for OTP and transactional emails only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

Request a copy of your personal data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Update your account information from the dashboard

7. Cookies

We use only essential functional cookies (authentication token stored in localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
